Third Party Support Policy
1. Policy Statement
The Township of Tyendinaga recognizes that municipal facilities, such as parks, recreation buildings, sports fields, and community halls are intended to be used by the public to enhance community involvement, health and wellness through active living, social gathering, and other activities.
2. Purpose
The purpose of the Third Party Support Policy is to provide financial assistance, in the form of fee reductions and other in-kind donations to community groups and organizations for eligible events and activities that benefit the community of the Township of Tyendinaga.
If you are a community group or organization and would like to apply for financial assistance and/or in-kind donations, such as use of our facilities, please review the Third Party Support Policy and complete the Third Party Support Application Form and return it to the municipal office or to the treasurer at treasurer@tyendinagatownship.com
